- شرح دعواكم بوضوح حول ماتم انتهاكه من حقوق ملكية.
- إذا كان الانتهاك عن طريق ملفات مرفقة أو روابط خارجية على موقعنا يرجى تزويدنا بالملفات و الروابط مع شرح لمحتوياتها.
- نقبل المراسلات فقط باللغة العربية أو الانجليزية.
يتم معالجة الشكاوي والطلبات في حال اكتمال المتطلبات في مدة أقصاها يوم عمل.
للإحاطة : لن يتم النظر في الرسائل مجهولة المصدر أو غير المكتملة البيانات.
